On July 27th, The 24 Hour Plays: Little Rock returns to the stage at Argenta Contemporary Theatre for an unforgettable night of creativity, collaboration, and community.
In just 24 Hours, over 75 local actors, writers, directors, and crew members come together to create six original short plays, from blank page to full performance. The result is electric, one-of-a-kind theatre!
This year, The 24 Hour Plays: Little Rock celebrates and supports Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled. AEDD is a cornerstone of our community, dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities lead independent and fulfilling lives.
AEDD provides essential vocational training and real-world work opportunities, partnering with local businesses to help participants earn wages and gain professional experience. Their holistic approach ensures every individual thrives, offering everything from on-site behavioral health services to specialized speech, physical, and occupational therapies. All net proceeds from The 24 Hour Plays: Little Rock directly benefit AEDD’s vital programs, including "AEDD in the Rock," a community-based initiative that provides individuals with disabilities the chance to shine in the performing arts — proving that creativity knows no bounds.
Don't miss one of Central Arkansas's most exciting nights of live theatre! Celebrate local artists, support an incredible cause, and experience theatre unlike anything you've seen before!
